The federal government has defined Green or Eco Friendly as "…products and services that have a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing products and services that serve the same purpose". All of our customer’s want a professional, perfectly clean building but the impact cleaning has on the health of people also includes the impact it has on the environment. So Aspen Maintenance is committed to making sure cleaning has a positive impact on human health and the environment. Equipment Aspen Maintenance will work with our customers to provide equipment to optimize cleaning while utilizing the Green Cleaning Methods of janitorial maintenance. Cleaning Products Aspen Maintenance uses Independently Certified Environmentally Preferred Products to clean your facility. LEED Certification
Aspen Maintenance will work with your facilities manager or property manager to assist you in earning LEED – EB credits toward your certification. Aspen Maintenance has incorporated the Green Cleaning Initiatives and best practices into our Green Clean Program which can be customized to your needs.
