Aspen Maintenance is a full
service cleaning company. We offer cleaning from small to mid-size buildings. (
Up to 250,000 square feet ).
We are happy to clean buildings on a less frequent
schedule. From 1-7 days per week. We offer cleaning for facilities that need
multiple shifts and day porter service. Unlike most of our competitors - all
accounts, are assigned an active supervisor. An active supervisor doesn’t just
wander through your building making a list of problems and then leave a note for
the next days crew. Rather, he/she will take the initiative to fix the problems
they may find. Proper training ensures our employees have the motivation needed
to provide you the service you were promised. Next, we have active supervisors
for our supervisors. All accounts are routinely patrolled by upper managers,
even our owners. Again, if these managers find problems, they fix them!

Unlike many companies, we don’t turn down
businesses that need services on a less frequent basis. We have dozens of
customers that only need one, two and three and four day per week service.
We never try to up-sell your needs by pressuring that you accept cleaning
for more days that you want. We let you tell us what you need, not the other
way around.

- Day Porter

Many properties need service during the night, but
also need a presence in the day. We offer day porter service that is a
little different. We allow you to control their day if you would like. The
will have set duties, but will also be available to do duties that you
choose. If you like, we can also provide them a uniform that displays your
company name.

- Carpet Cleaning

Depending the carpet in your property, we offer
both extraction cleaning and dry-clean orbital cleaning system. Our rates
are below industry level.
Most of our clients enjoy no-charge carpet cleaning
as a value added service within our monthly cleaning agreement. If your
carpet is in bad shape, please call us first and compare our rates with
businesses that only do carpet cleaning. You will be amazed. We use the same
equipment and chemicals as most companies, but at great savings to you. If
you would like a quote for your janitorial service, please ask about our
no-charge cleaning offer.
- Floor Waxing
- We have found from surveying our clients, one of
the services that keeps them the happiest is our hard floor services.
- We have floor people with years of experience that
use the best equipment, with the most durable stripers and waxes. Many floor
companies make your floors look good right after the service is performed,
but corner cutting causes your floors to quickly look dim and worn. You see,
most floor services rarely see you. The need to make their money one floor
at a time and then move on. They usually have no performance guarantees.
However, since you communicate constantly with us, we want to keep you
happy. We also understand it makes our jobs easier if the floors are well
maintained. With this in mind, we start by stripping all the old wax off,
and then apply twice as many coats of wax than many of our competitors. In
addition, our waxing products are the best the industry has to offer. You
will find that your floors look superior then next morning and stay that way
for many months to come. In addition, your floors will last for years
longer. We almost always offer our floor service as part of the cleaning
agreement.
